Renewing an Existing License

SiteOrigin Premium is a yearly subscription. While your subscription is active, your license renews on its own each year. If you cancel the subscription, or its renewal payment keeps failing, the license expires at the end of its term. You can renew an expired license at any time.

When your license expires, the addons on your site keep working, but you no longer get updates or email support. For details, see Licensing.

Renew From Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your SiteOrigin dashboard.
  2. Click Order History.
  3. Find your order and click View Licenses.
  4. Find your expired license. In the Expiration column, click Renew license next to the date.
  5. The checkout opens with the renewal in your cart. Complete the checkout.

The Renew license link shows only for a license with the status Expired.

Renew From WordPress

When your license expires, SiteOrigin Premium shows a notice in your WordPress admin:

Click renew your license in the notice. The SiteOrigin checkout opens with your license key and the renewal in your cart.

After You Renew

Your license key stays the same, so you do not need to enter it again. SiteOrigin Premium checks your license again during a later update check. To check at once, go to SiteOriginPremium License and click Save.
