The Sidebar section sets where the sidebar sits and how wide it is. Go to AppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsSidebar.

The Sidebar section of Theme Settings with Position and Width

Position
Show the sidebar on the Right or the Left. Default: Right.

Width
The width of the sidebar and its unit, for example 34 and %. Default: 34%.

When the Sidebar Shows

  • The Sidebar widget area must contain at least one widget. See Widget Areas.
  • The page layout must be Default. Pages set to No Sidebar or Full Width, No Sidebar hide it. See Page Settings.
  • WooCommerce pages use the Shop widget area instead. It shows on WooCommerce pages that use the Default layout, except single products, and only when it has a widget. Set its side with Shop Sidebar Position in WooCommerce.
