The Blog section controls how your posts look on the blog page, on archives and on single posts. Go to AppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsBlog. To change the layout of the blog page itself, see Page Template Settings.

Corp crops featured images to 720 by 480 pixels in the Grid and Alternate layouts. If your featured images do not show at one size, install Regenerate Thumbnails, go to ToolsRegenerate Thumbnails and run it.

Archives

Archive Featured Image
Show the featured image on the blog page and on archives. Default: on.

Archive Layout
Choose how posts show on the blog page and on archives. Default: Grid. The choices are:

Grid and Masonry use three columns. When the sidebar shows, they use two. You can use these layouts on other pages with the Post Loop Widget in Page Builder, or in the SiteOrigin Layout Block in the Block Editor. Both need Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

Archive Post Content
Show a Post Excerpt or the Full Post Content. Choose Full Post Content if you use the “more” tag. Default: Post Excerpt.

Excerpt Length
If a post has no manual excerpt, Corp makes one. This is the number of words it has. Default: 55.

Post Excerpt Read More Link
Show a Read More link below the excerpt. Default: off.

Single Posts and Post Details

Post Featured Image
Show the featured image on single posts and single portfolio projects. Default: on. For pages, see Pages.

Post Date
Show the date on the blog page, archives and single posts. Default: on.

Post Author
Show the author name on the blog page, archives and single posts. Default: off.

Post Categories
Show the categories on the blog page, archives and single posts. Default: on.

Post Comment Count
Show the comment count on the blog page, archives and single posts. Default: on.

Post Tags
Show the tags on single posts. Default: on.

Post Author Box
Show the author photo and biography on single posts. Default: on.

Related Posts
Show related posts on single posts. Default: on.

Ajax Comments
Load comments with Ajax. The setting shows Available in Premium until you activate the Ajax Comments Addon in SiteOrigin Premium.
