When I click the arrows on the Post Carousel it takes you to the top of the page instead of scrolling through posts.

javascript load into footer

Hi I am using the hero widget and would like to know if there is a way to load the javascript files jquery.cycle.min.js and jquery.slider.min.js into the footer? Cheers Dean Bailey
Page Builder, Recent Post and CSS (Oh my!)
The second column is a SiteOrigin Button that links to a page with all posts being available. This works as easy as expected with the row in Page Builder.
