Force a prebuild layout

Hi there, Is it possible to force load a prebuild layout on the frontend. I added a new prebuild layout by code using the filter siteorigin panels prebuilt layouts, now I'm curious to know if is possible to load it…

Too Much White Space In Between Rows, Please Assist… :(

The padding on the settings is already set to zero in the Site Origin Page Building settings. Someone recommended another page builder called beaver but I like site origin.

I searched for a solution many times but i couldn't find any solution. The only solution i got was to get rid of my header , so my website didn't had any header for a long time.

I used the hero image widget to create some content. The space where the image has to go is empty unyil i scroll down a bit and the image becomes visible.
