Hello, on my site www.solciotyfitness.com/blog I was wondering how to add in more white space/padding to the left and right side of the page throughout (and within individual post pages). I’ve tried using smaller feature images, but the text is still to close to the edges for my liking.

Hi There is extra spacing between the header and the first row in site builder. I don’t know if the spacing is caused by spacing between the rows, or padding in the inner container, or whatever else it could be. Could you tell me how to use CSS to reduce the spacing to zero? Thanks
