Hi, I have the WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter plugin installed. Currently it displays at the bottom right of my woocommerce pages however id like it to be at the top right or left of the woocommerce pages. turn off smooth scrolling

Please, help there appears to be an issue with the SiteOrigin theme and smooth scrolling. It negatively affects links for one of my plugins. However, if I activate the 2016 theme eveything works fine. Once I reactivate SiteOrigin links no longer works
