Adding Tags to Blog Widget Post Meta?

I would like to add tags to the SiteOrigin Blog widget alongside author, date, and category. Is that possible? Or maybe there is a function that could replace one of those with tags?

I don’t see any of my activated widgets, I don’t see a way to use them. I’d post a screen shot, but there doesn’t appear to be a way to do that.
