Is it possible to fix the parallax background image to the page so that it is only the page that moves when it is scrolled. At the moment it appears the background image moves with the page when it is scrolled.

I did update Page Builder today. After that I did delete all cache files. When I try to edit now a Page Builder page I can edit all widgets except Layout Builder Widgets in rows.
