I have a page which is too long, so i separated them in the menu, using row ids, tehy work but they land on the middle of the section, not the top. How can I change that? Thanks a lot

After an update, the page builder link is no longer next to the text tab but below the section. Nothing happens when I attempt to use it. what could be causing this issue?
