Page Builder no longer works since update

Page Builder tab doesn't appear on previously created pages. I have looked through a lot of support threads but with no luck in finding a solution.

I've recently updated to the WordPress 4.7.2 and now Page Builder no longer works. Likewise on all pre WP4.7.3 pages - the Page builder tab isn't there anymore at all.
Slider only shows first image properly

I've tried rotating different images through as the lead image, the lead image always shows fine. The following images only show a sliver of the image and the controls are hidden due to the minimal height of the widget at that time.

I set a full page template and it worked on one page and not another even though I did the same thing. The one it worked was http://www.pyonsgroup.co.uk/?page_id=3368 and the one it didn’t is http://www.pyonsgroup.co.uk/?page_id=150
