Page Builder not appearing under posts

Hi Site Origin, The Post builder tab is appearing under my posts and page section of my website. I've deactivated all plugins except page builder but it's still not appearing.

Trying to remove vertical space between rows of SiteOrigin Features

I have tried everything including applying answers you provided prior users on the forums and I can’t seem to get the rows to reduce the vertical spacing between each entry using the SiteOrigin Features widget.
