Can’t update any widgets bundles

I’m trying to do some basic things. All not working Edit Hero to add photo Edit contact Form to have my email address etc. Whenever I press add, nothing happens.

This really should be a simple task. However, when using the image widget, the destination link is not working on the front end. It does work in the backside “preview” feature. Any suggestions on how to make this work?
