Spaceing between rows is too large

I am using Page Builder on Ocean WP theme and can’t seem to adjust the amount of spacing between my rows. Any solutions?

Hello! I have a row with a background image and the hero widget overlaying it. It looks beautiful on desktop, but on mobile it puts the hero directly over the background image. How can I have it be full screen width like it is on desktop?

Using the Widget Style UI you can only select the Duration to Default(1 sec) to 5 seconds. How do you set the default to 0.5 seconds? I am using Page Builder. Thanks
