I have tried clearing cache on webpage, closing all browsers and clearing cookies, disabling all other plugins, and tried using another background image plugin which did not work ,.

I have inspected the element via chrome and in the space area it is showing this. So I am confused now because I thought it would be padding that was causing the issue.

I saw a while back that Page Builder now has native support for Parallax image backgrounds, but I haven't been able to get it to work and I haven't found anything substantial in the documentation about how it's supposed to work.
