Support Threads: general

My menu is appearing behind the hero at top of homepage. I’ve seen a few threads on how to fix this but have been unsuccessful in my attempts. Any help would be appreciated. thx

I have three different menus which correspond with different pages on my site. I’ve been investigating your free themes and was wondering have one that offer a feature where I can select different menus in the sidebar depending on the page I’m creating.

Hi there, I’m using Site Origin testimonials with Create Theme and randomly some testimonials are not aligning correctly. The testimonials are set up to be centred, but in some cases, the centred content is off-centre to the left, even though the content is the same for all testimonials. Any thoughts? Thx Norm

Hello, We are using the Event Manager plugin (by Pixlite) and we can’t synch to WordPress timezone setting. The time of events appears five hours later. We’ve had trouble with other event plugins not synching with our timezone. Is this a SiteOrgin problem? For a simple calendar of events, what is the plugin and/or widget…

The SiteOrigin form is working fine, unless the person filling out the form uses a Gmail account in the Email field. I cannot find any settings in the plugin to make changes to what domains are allowed or not allowed. Can someone please help me figure out why this is happening? Thanks so much!

This post type is set to use the Classic Editor by default for new posts. If you’d like to change this to the Block Editor, please go to Page Builder Settings and disable Use Classic Editor for New Posts. It is at the top of every new post and it’s very annoying.
