When I deactivate the Custom CSS plug in the home page syling reverts back to the before css view and the other pages css styling become visible on the pages. The layout builder contains 1 single column row for the title and a 3 column row for the services title, icon, description and CTA button. Everything is lining up nicely except for the CTA button.

Widgets do not work if the following plugins are activated: - Page Builder by Site Origin - Site Origin Widgets Bundle We found them to be the culprits after doing a plugin test so have de-activated them temporarily. Tried changing the permalink settings but still have the same problem.
