Is there a way to build a blog page other than using the Post Loop option - or a way to stop it going crazy and generating a huge query. So even though it's only outputing 6 posts, it may be rendering all posts for each page load, causing the long query.

I saw this on another theme I used. I have a great form but the Submit button is two rows above the form, nowhere near where it should be. Am I missing a setting? I have not changed anything. Thanks!
