Date and author missing

Hi there, I have both “post author” and “post date” ticked in the Vantage Premium Theme Settings, but the dates are still not appearing in our blogs? Any ideas?

Menu and sliders display great but it seems to be squishing the columns. Is there anyway to have each column stack instead. does that make sense.

The default for new visitors would be to have the sidebar hidden. Tried Content-Reveal and wasn't successful in getting it to work.

If I am now on Visual, I cannot change to Text, if I am on Text I cannot change to Visual at all. Why is this happening, I can't use my Site Origin if this doesn't start working.
