Spacing between Last Row and Footer

I'm trying to eliminate the space between the last page builder row and the footer. I've already worked with Pinnacle's support and haven't found a solution yet.

One image shows no issues with adding rows and elements. The lower image shows a completely different set up.

I would suggest a function that greatly facilitate the use of PageBuilder. PageBuilder is a great plugin, thanks for availability.
