Hi can someone help me, The website i build with pagebuilder is on my desktop “Responsive” but not on my phone and all the boxed are checkt. Also the columns of one page are not fully responsive. Can someone help me please?

Our Site Origin Page Builder is not working. It has caused our website to go blank on the back end so we can not make any updates. We have tried clearing the cache as directed online but it has not made any difference. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
