lists break when switching to page builder

Hello, I recently removed site origin page builder as well as widgets bundle from my site. Now in cpanel wpcontent/uploads/siteorigin-widgets there are 3 css files sow hereo default 5545d6e4b3b7.css sow here default c75c11c76628.css sow slider default abf3e6288296a.css My question is that since removing all associated with site origin is it safe to remove these folders…
