Page Builder isn’t working since updating to WordPress 4.7.2
I've recently updated to the WordPress 4.7.2 and now Page Builder no longer works. Likewise on all pre WP4.7.3 pages - the Page builder tab isn't there anymore at all.

Forbidden 403 permissions
When only active Page Builder, I can’t anymore edit pages or posts. Neither edit some items on theme. The pluygin change permissions and I can’t access.
