15 Second Load Due to Pagebuilder Plugin

I see where there's a spot for css code in the SiteOrigin Image Widget, and I've tried copying code into that spot. I haven't been able to get a mouseover to work, though.
Custom widget titles
I have managed to create different styles for the content of different widgets but cannot separate the titles so every widget has its title formatted in the same style which I do not want. Many thanks snowgoosebooks.co.uk.

I am new in WordPress and SiteOrigin and I am not a PHP developer either. On the Dashboard, I see SiteOrigin Editor is working perfectly.
