Hovering over link shrinks the font size in Vantage

Hi, I’m not sure how better to describe what’s happening. When I hover over any of my hyperlinks in page body text they are shrinking down several point sizes. I can’t sort out why it’s happening or where to fix it. Thanks! L. new.texashillel.org

Hi, I am trying to have a slider per category in the header. I added the slider template code into the header.php when it’s an archive page (is_archive()). This sorta works, but it doesn’t keep to the settings of the slider. It’s way too big. Here’s the example code I used:
