Hello, on my site www.solciotyfitness.com/blog I was wondering how to add in more white space/padding to the left and right side of the page throughout (and within individual post pages). I’ve tried using smaller feature images, but the text is still to close to the edges for my liking.

I’m using Vantage free and there is a space between the bottom of the masthead menu and Page Builder.
