Appearance > CSS is not showing in Premium version

I have a license key for the premium version and installed/activated the theme but do not see Appearance > CSS to customize the CSS. Please advise.

North Theme – how to save Customization Before Updating Theme????

Is there anyway to save the Customized Settings? I just updated the Theme today and ALL was lost. Spent 3 hours getting most of my settings redone. Where can I find the Customized settings performed through the Customize Theme area?
