Row background image not good on mobile

Hi, I’ve used a lot of background images for rows which look great on desktop, but not so much on mobile, is there a way to fix this please? vertical scroll bar color/style

I noticed that if I set a dark color for the footer, the vertical scroll bar also turns dark to match. I prefer a lighter scroll bar but I can’t seam to find the code anywhere. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’m using prebuild layout with North theme. I want to change the @media settings. When change my resolution to 780 div settings automaticly change; I cant find to code was come from. I want to change the @media (max-width: 780px) to 800px. How can i do that? Thank you.
