2 Questions on hover effects using page builder and CSS editor
Everything else seems to work correctly, but nothing hovers. I'm pretty new to hover effects, so I appreciate any help provided.

Links won’t open in new tab despite target_blank setting
Now it looks like they are trying to open in a pop up window, which just gets stuck. Au/antigua/ - If you click on 'floor plans' you'll see what I mean.

Hi, I've been trying to use the prebuilt pages in page builder, but when I 'view page', the perspective is all wrong. The page is stretched out WAY wider than is shown in the example.
