Support Threads: question

Hi I have a row with 4 columns all with the Editor widget, works fine on desktops and mobiles, however, on tablets the layouts collapses slightly different from expected. See the image attached to see what I mean, basically the last widget goes left instead of right, is there any way to correct this?

I have tried to install a prebuilt layout several times but it is just not working for me. I follow the instructions as per your YouTube video but when I import the layout I get a bunch of text on a blog like page but no graphics or formatting. What else can I do? Leon

I’m new to this, but it seems I need a visual editor widget to SEE the results of any other widget, text etc. I add to a row in Page Builder. I cannot locate the visual editor widget anywhere. Any suggestions on where I can find it? thankyou ren
