Sidebar makes footer wider

Hi, When I put on the sidebar (theme Vantage) it change the footer area. All the links, logos etc. are still there, but they are now more to the sides than center. Is it possible to “lock” the footer so the links, logos won’t move when I put on the sidebar? Regards

Okay, so I just discovered A new problem on my website but with mobile this time. SiteOrigin Social Media buttons and LiveMesh Posts Carousel, and a Rapidology call-to-action widget aren’t displaying correctly on mobile. Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks

So CSS is it site wide or page specific

Just started using SO CSS since it is so much easier to work with the inspector right there instead of fiddling around with Chrome trying different things and then transferring the settings over to another CSS plug-in I have. With SO CSS it would appear to be site wide unless I am doing something wrong.
