Categories Hidden on Posts shown in Homepage

Building my blog using the “Unwind Theme”, and I can’t figure out how I’ve hidden the category meta-information on the homepage… I’ve gone in to Customize>Theme Settings and checked Categories on Single Archives and and Posts. Categories are still not showing on the home page. Any guesses as to a solution? Thank you in advance…
