Can’t change title size on website

Hi I’m designing this site for a yoga instructor www.kundalinitemple.com however I can’t for the life of me work out how to change the size of the menu text. Can you please help. I’ve tried the visual editor. Installed font pluging. Tried to embed google fonts. Nothing. Im using the siteorigin plugin. Thank you Zak

My website has a poor score on google page insights. Here’s the https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fbmarketingsoftware.com%2F The main things that making it slow is the google fonts and this is https://www.fbmarketingsoftware.com/wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets/sow-headline-default-5eb1f6052e70.css?ver=5.4 How can I optimize it and disable unwanted google fonts from loading? Hi, since I added a SSL certificate to my site, it seems SiteOrigin CSS doesn’t recognize the change and doesn’t let me change the URL from HTTP to HTTPS. Reinstalling the Plugin doesn’t help either.
