Mobile Responsiveness issue

Good afternoon, I’ve been having issues with my site’s responsitivity on mobile and Tablet devices. Photos are cut off, and a lot of widgets are unattractive on the mobile. My url is: In-betweenMedia.com Any help with this would be great. Thank you, Seth

I would like to know how to fix it. My home pages shows this error message below. Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/shoikegami/offbase.tokyo/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/inc/sidebars-emulator.php on line 53 Only pages that use the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin will show the error. dropdown menu hidden behind hero widget

3rd issue today that I keep having to find a work around after spending hours sifting through these forums. A simple link to another page within my website and no matter what I do, it keep going to the incorrect page.
