What happens when I update my WordPress which includes PageBuilder to include Gutenberg? Are they compatible, and should they be installed together on a site? Does Gutenberg do the same thing as PageBuilder?

However, the solution (PHP7) was not a complete fix due to my host. Without asking me, my host disabled the ‘siteorigin.panels’ and is unable to re-enable it. My whole site is shot.
