Prebuilt layouts directory page is always empty

Hello, i am using Vantage theme and my prebuilt layouts dir is always empty. As i understood from video instruction, PageBuilder 2.2 can use its own prebuilt layouts right.

Hi there, I have added the SiteOrigin Contact Us form to our website. The issue is, we're getting 5 or 6 email identical alerts when the form is submitted.

Every time I tried to use SiteOrigin functions it showed the message like this. All widgets from SiteOrigin are compatible with the theme when I use Text Editor function except I can't delete space between the rows.

Use Plugin Wpdiscuz With Page Builder
I would want to use the plugin wpDiscuz but comments don't display on my pages created with Page Builder while the simple pages, yes. How I can make to be able to use this plugin on the selected pages.

Contact Form “enter a valid email” but doesn’t reset contact button
I a user enters an invalid email address the warning says so but even after entering a valid email, the contact button is still greyed out.
