Full Width Row Layout Not Full Width

I have the same problem as the one from a 2 yr old post. Home I’ve done the suggestion: “Thanks for your feedback. Try heading over to SettingsPage BuilderLayoutFull Width Container change it from its default value of body to: the id of the original div.” No results. Thanks for your support.

I am trying to do this on my site https://www.weareinterconnected.com but I can’t seem to get it to fit full height and width of the every screen resolution. after updating some plugins i now got huge blue row’s! where does this this come from??? tried disabling plugins etc etc nothing works out… what the hell is going on??? (using sydney theme)
