Use Page Builder on some pages and not on the others

My question was: Can I use Page Builder on some of pages and not on the other pages within a site. I wanted to use Page Builder to create my landing page but not on the other pages.

403 error – live editor – rolex

As soon as they do that, the live editor of the page builder shows the 403 error page. As soon as the word Rolex is deleted it shows the live page as expected.
