Cannot add text to page using PageBuilder

I am using Wordpress 4.4.2 on an ubuntu server. I created a site page, then added a row and attached the visual editor.

North: Widgets in menu

I was wondering if it was possible to implement widgets in the menu area / header in your north theme. I'm use to vantage premium and it has a header area that allows it.
