Just downloaded vantage theme and my home page isnt full width like in the demo

Page Builder plug-in activated, but Not showing on page

Hi, I have the Page Builder downloaded and activated on each of the pages on my site, but when editing the/each page it does not show the tab. You know that I'm using Mac and have updated to El Capitan.

I have build webpage locally using wordpress but I am facing issue while changing header size. I am not using premium theme. Please help me resolve this issue
