Blog post author and date missing

Hi there, I have both “post author” and “post date” ticked in the Vantage Premium Theme Settings, but the dates are still not appearing in our blogs? Any ideas? URL: http://www.luma-id.com/2015/04/30/freefly-of-hoxton/
