I installed Site Origin Google Map Widget in the Footer Section of Business Elite Theme. I Added API too but Map is not Showing

menu bar not showing in mobile

I am using Vantage theme version 1.5 and the mobile menu is not working you can see here http://agouracosmeticdentist.com/ all of the pages are listed in the navigation just like on a pc screen thx
