Blue lines appear between rows when using #pg-246-2 links

I will use different links in the menu to address the different rows or sections. When I refresh the page - the blue lines disappear.

The first step is how to integrate the SiteOrigin Panel Plugin into my theme folder so that it works probably. I have searched the forum and the Page Builder Developer Docs, but with no luck.
An issue with the SiteOrigin Image widget

Hey, It seems that whenever I set the alignment regardless of image size, it shrinks down to about thumbnail size and doesn't align. If you set alignment to right, it works fine with any size.
How many menus are supported by Vantage free

Hey my site origin editor widget doesnt save the changes made whether it be adding text or embedding youtube videos. This is really frustrating as i need to update my site daily and it hasnt been allowing for it for a while now.
