I'm using the Vantage Premium theme, which apparently includes support for Custom CSS. I used to use Jetpack Custom CSS, which I've now disabled after switching to Vantage. The first entry takes me to the new CSS Editor plugin, the second entry takes me to the original Vantage Pro custom CSS editor.
