menu link to open in new tab does not work

I have the checkbox in the menu link ‘catalogus’ checked with open in new tab, but it doesn’t work (site :www.vanhoofdameskleding.be) It does work on an identical testsite I use, and I can’t find any reason why it doesn’t work on the other side. Thanks for any possible reasons, things to check,

Hi I purchased vantage premium several years ago, back when you used to sell the themes individually. I have a site I built on the free version, if I upgrade to premium by uploading the zip file, will I lose the customised elements I did? Also will it stay current with WordPress? Thanks,
