I created a website with the vantage premium theme. The owner of the site now wants an additional site that is exactly the same minus the blog content. Can I clone the site since it is on a premium theme? How is best and easiest way to do this?

I really enjoy the Vantage theme but at the moment the theme seems to not be allowing site builder blocks to “stack” when viewed on smaller screen or mobile device. This theme still works responsively with SiteBuilder correct?
