I make the changes in the back end of my website, but once i log out and view site the changes do not work. OOPS Message appears. I updated WordPress to 4.7 I have updated to the most recent 2.4.19 plugin. Need help

Hi I have posted a beta version of my site… there is a problem with the background-image of some of the panels when the screen size is 1024px or more. The background image doesn’t seem to be on the actual panel? I’m not sure what is happening. Could you perhaps have a look at it…
