Mobile Version Not Responsive?

Hi. We are using the Page Builder plugin and have ‘Responsive Layout’ enabled. The site looks fine on desktop but some elements are overlapping when viewed on mobile, and some images are being scaled disproportionately. Hi, I am using Vantage theme on my wordpress site. I am setting up a sub-menu or dropdown menu, but I need to put 14 items on it. Right now i only see 13. Is there anything I can do to expand the menu limit? Thanks in advance and sorry for my english.
Siteorigin CSS Editor can’t seem to load the website

Making buttons all the same size

As a bonus, I'd like to put a black outline around all buttons. When I specify a black outline, it exceeds the width of the buttons.

Decrease white space between rows

It seems that decreasing padding config in setting-page builder and changing padding in siteorigin editor widget or editing row layout padding don't make any change. I tried some things i saw in the support forums here.
Gap under siteorigin slider sometimes disappears after page re-fresh

Having an odd thing happen after updating to wordpress 4.8.2. There’s a large gap under the siteorigin slider when loading the page (www.sycuan.com) on all browsers.
