There is a pagination error on the search results using the Vantage themr. There appears to be additional code added to the URL. (#038;submit=Search) The URL for the second page of results looks like this www.domain.net/?s=1999&submit=Search#038;submit=Search&paged=2 When I changed to www.domain.net/?s=1999&submit=Search&paged=2 Everything works fine. The button widget does not work with WordFence. Usually, WordFence asked to whitelist action, but not with this. I just gives a timestamp when trying to edit the button. All plugins are up to date and this does the same on different websites.
