checkout field display issue

Hi, The woocommerce checkout on my website is not displaying correctly as it used to, there are large gaps in-between the card number, expiry date and security code fields. The website is https://www.pawspetsuppliesltd.co.uk/ Thanks, Adam

Receiving Undefined index error

We suddenly started getting the following error when going into the Admin Panel and on any of the pages on our staging site. This is carrying over in how it’s formatted over all. Contact Form not displaying phone number

When I create a contact form the phone field is not displaying. I create the extra field and select input of phone number then add a description label for ‘Phone’, but nothing is displaying. Also, when I try to edit the widget for any of the premium plugins the browser defaults to the time and…

I’m using the vantage theme on WordPress and would like a back button using the same format as my other buttons, using SiteOrigin. Can anyone help with code for a simple back button? Checked the forum for answers but can only see one similar question that was unanswered
